I had a lovely stay at Sonder in Deerfield Beach. The beautifully clean room with two king beds provided plenty of space for relaxation. The staff were welcoming and the beach location was convenient. Just a note, the beach could use some maintenance. Overall, a delightful experience!

Had a one-night stay in a spacious suite. The layout posed challenges, especially navigating the narrow passage. The staff were attentive and made our experience pleasant. Recommend checking the bathroom setup before settling in, and bringing your own chairs for comfort while relaxing.

The beach access is fantastic, making it incredibly easy to head out for a day of sun and surf. The King Room had a spacious layout that, despite being a bit small, felt cozy and neat.

The thermostat in the room malfunctioned, leaving us with an uncomfortably warm environment during our stay. Also, we only had one towel on the floor with no washcloths, which was a bit frustrating. The fees for parking weren't disclosed until arrival, and the extra charges piled up, making the overall stay feel a bit less worth it.

Communication regarding services feels scattered. for instance, the restaurant isn’t part of the hotel, leading to some confusion. Housekeeping seems hit or miss. despite requests made well in advance through the app, I had to manage cleaning up after kids to stave off chaos. Plus, the pool towel situation was often a shortage, leaving guests scrambling for coverage under the sun.

The location is ideal, right on the beach, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with amazing pillows. However, there was a lack of nearby dining options, forcing us to take taxis for meals, and our room had a very noisy refrigerator. Additionally, staff were unhelpful in communicating that the beach would be closed during our stay, leaving us frustrated after expecting a full beach experience.
